Spectrum Car Care

Our son came in first after getting a quote for breaks from another company. Spectrum reexamined everything and told him he didn’t need them right away, that he had life left in them. That made me feel like they are an honest and reputable company. Well, a few days later my driver side window wouldn’t roll back up so I made an appointment for them to look at it. They got it fixed the same day. Very professional. Loved the timely communication. Just an all around great experience. And I love that they’re a small business

First experience here, taking my car in for oil change. This place is awesome, when they do inspections, they provide photos of everything. You can accept or decline recommended services right from your phone, as well as pay on your phone prior to picking up your vehicle. They're very transparent about costs/what they're charging you for so if its not something you're wanting to accept you can decline specific the additional recommended services with no added pressure from the mechanic. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Incredibly convenient, and stress free. Will be a returning customer!

It’s not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, especially when you’re trying to keep an older vehicle on the road. Spectrum Car Care has been a great resource for me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They provided useful advice, explained things clearly, and helped me understand what needed attention now versus what could wait. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated their honest approach. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs. It’s great to have a shop like this in the community. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Spectrum Car Care and I’m really glad I brought my car here. I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and my A/C was only blowing warm air. I had previously taken it somewhere else for an inspection and was quoted over $3,200 for a full A/C kit, including a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and recharge. The explanation I received there was very limited, and it felt like they were recommending replacing almost the entire system without much detail. Spectrum Car Care handled it completely differently. They actually inspected the car, explained that the cooling fan was not working properly and could cause the A/C system to shut down due to excessive pressure, and recommended replacing the cooling fan assembly. They also noted that my serpentine belt was dry rotting a bit, so I chose to replace that as optional maintenance while the car was already there. The whole process was very professional. My service advisor stayed on top of communication and texted me updates right away. I also really liked their online system where I could review the details, see the recommended work, and approve everything clearly. They got the needed parts quickly and had my

I have a Jeep with what seems are regular electrical issues based on wired accessories I thought. Their employee that looked at it, Justin is a mechanic that has extensive knowledge with Jeeps. I was Having trouble with electrical issues, dead batteries. I wish I could have talked to Justin before the service I could have saved $. Despite the federal law change on auto start technology the shop put in another battery that they recommend despite delete kits available I found out that are available that I could have resolved the issue once and for all. The shop mentioned they couldn’t find the draw on the electrical system and referred me to another specialized shop, Justin mentioned per his analysis the draws were very minor and well within typical. So now I don’t need to take it to another shop. So in 1-2 years when the auto start battery goes out again I will just delete it vs put in another special battery saving $400+ The bottom line is, I would have gladly paid for an electric system diagnostic and what all the options are based on current law on a vehicle with the “Green deal”problematic start stop systems that vehicle manufacturers in the past had to install on our vehicles
